A lot of things such as fine wine get better with age and yes, so does the Hampshire Inn and Conference Center. The Hampshire Inn is remodeling their rooms to keep up with the latest in technology and design. At the same time the hotel is increasing their ties to the great state of New Hampshire.
Most guests will notice the new 32" flat screen television first but there is more to the remodel then just a few cosmetic changes. All of the remodeled rooms have new carpeting with thick cushion padding to provide comfort for tired feet. The new premium rooms have been stripped of wallpaper then painted with new voc free paint in a soothing palette of colors to help weary guest rest in the hotel suites. Then the hotel expanded their suites' bathrooms to include more luxury into the daily routine of getting ready for the day.
Guests have been impressed with the premium suites and have requested to return to the newly remodel suites during their next visit. Travelers staying at the Hampshire Inn have always appreciated the large suites designed in the 1980's because they provide more space than typical hotel rooms. Now the added features of the remodeled rooms make the Hampshire Inn an even better hidden jewel right over the New Hampshire - Massachusetts boarder.
In addition to the new features found in the suites the hotel has changed from the standard practice of putting up generic hotel art on the walls to placing beautiful large photos of the local area. Most of the photos feature the state of New Hampshire with shots from Mount Washington to the Seacoast to the White Mountains. However, the photos are not exclusively of New Hampshire but due to it's central location,(one hour North of Boston, one hour South of Portland, and one hour east of Manchester), the hotel also has suites featuring great shots of the New England Region.
