Caucus Room

This function room is ideal for smaller meetings in a Board Room type of setting. The Caucus Room has two large windows for light and air or the curtains can be drawn for a darker atmosphere if necessary for your visual presentations. The room is more than 350 square feet and can be set up in a variety of layouts. Our most popular layout is Board Room style with a large table surrounded by chairs to hold meetings for up to 18 people. In addition this room can also be set up in a classroom style for up to 18 people behind a table or in theater style for up to 24 participants. This room is our smallest room and is located on the middle floor near the front lobby. Equipment

We can also rent you the necessary equipment you need to help your meeting go smoothly. Our inventory of supplies includes an easel with a paper flip chart, a white dry erase board, a projection screen and table cloths. Our electronics include a portable TV with VCR/DVD player and an overhead projector with screen. Food and Beverage

To make things easy on your preparation for the meeting we can provide all of the food and beverage services you need to keep your participants happy. We can make available coffee, juice, soda, and bottle water for a small charge per person, we can provide a continental breakfast or we can provide donuts, muffins and cookies for very reasonable costs.
